January 2016

Is The ‘Welcome Back, Happy New Year’ An Empty Few Words?

Welcome back and a Happy New Year.

However, does anyone really, really mean what they say at this time?

Is it just a few words we utter at the start of January to try and show we care?

Much like the government and the NHS when they say they consider General Practice is the jewel in the crown of the NHS and then bully, belittle, starve of surgery development money to allow GPs to deliver what it professes it wants.

Is it all meaningless words with no substance?

Have you made a list of New Year resolutions?

The top one should be taking action NOW to improve your chances of getting the Premises money when the Government release it. They will need results within six months and only those who have prepared for it will be in a position to take action.

Others are and if you have not done the work in preparation then you will miss out.

It’s not just about the building you are in, or would like to be in, it is about the whole ownership, refurbishment, succession, exit, retirement and ENTRY.

Everything is interrelated. Here at Jerrard Keats & Wolley we are offering to the first 10 people to respond a free desktop assessment and report of some points of action to take this year to improve your plan for your own personal circumstances.

Send an email to jon@jkwproperty.co.uk, with where you are based and the issues that you have and we will try and help you with your New Years resolution formulation.

Then you are really planning to have a Happy New Year.
