Jon Dunne

Jon has been involved in property for over 35 years and provides a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial fields including promotion of strategic land for inclusion in local area development plans.

Jon and his wife (Nina) and two children live in Poole where he enjoys the free time on the water in the beautiful Poole harbour.

Zoe Dunne

Zoe’s role is to work with GPs after their surgery is built to ensure that CHP meet their requirements for maintenance of the building as agreed and assist practice managers in property issues.

Zoe is a passionate sailor and competes in the majority of the major regattas on the south coast of England.
